We've got to admit, after nearly a decade of putting on stiff pants for photoshoots...it's quite nice to put something on like this. Feeling comfortable and mobile has become such an important part of our fashion sense in the previous 3 years. When we first put these on in 2020, we thought, "man they're so roomy." Now we just take them as a classic, standard fit. The elastic waistband is a dream. The fit in the legs is a dream. This version is a smooth brushed cotton that puts a brand new spin on a pant we've seen many times. The button fly and a tool pouch on the side make these a classic French work pant. We can't help ourselves when we see these pants in new fabrics. This color is like the perfect red cast gray.

Please keep in mind that the waistband is elastic. The size you're seeing is not the final size when the waistband is experienced. From our experience, you can gain anywhere from 3-5" in total waist circumference when they're expanded.
Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size (2) in these babies. At first, he didn't recognize these pants in the package, and they appeared bigger than they were. He always wears a (3) in the French Work Pant, and would likely choose to do the same for personal use. But, as you can see, the (2) fits perfectly fine. Tommy is normally a tag size 32-33 from most brands. He is 5'10," 165bs with between a 33-34" waist.
